Suggest Treatment For Severe-hand Spasms

I am having severe-hand spasms. I knew that as a hairdresser of eighteen years my hands would need some sorta of help but there is pain and numbness now along with the spasms that draw my hands up right in the middle of doing my haircuts. I am am a med- controled epileptic. Do you think this could be a seizure in any sorta way? Like the absent seziures? I can tell when i am going to have one.
