Suggest Treatment For Severe Head Injury

my brother had serious head injury ater a fall while walsing his dog 10 days ago. he is incoherent ,incontinent and being fed by atube. His wife has not had any consultatone with his doctor. She wants to bring him home ,which is not a good thing. Would the hospial allow he to take him..would he be able to get medical ..nursing care at home
