My mother had an epidural for lumbar spinal stenosis on 10/11/12, and on 10/15/12 she became very unsteady and has had daily headaches ever since (24/7). The unsteadiness has diminished, but the headaches remain. She has had extensive neurological testing (vestibular, etc), an MRI, and her sinuses are clear. Apparently a dural puncture theory was shot down because she also experiences her headaches while lying down. She is presently going for cranial sacral therapy, which offers her temporary relief, and mindfulness meditation, which she finds challenging. She is a very young 87, both in demeanor and appearance (no one can believe her age), and she is just looking for a way to live out her life as actively and healthily as she was before all of this happened. Thank you for your response.
