Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache And Fatigue

Hi I am 63 yrs old woman and have had a severe head ace up the back of my head moving to my right front lobe. I have fatigue, pain up my left arm that comes and goes and a tingling in both my upper arms that comes every 60 seconds or so. This has been going on for 24 hrs I have been nauseated all day.
