Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache And Memory Loss

I have sever headaches, periods of memory loss, extreme fatique and periods where I "blackout" but Im awake, sorta like I can't focus or bring my attention to anything. I had a previous left venous thrombosis which was said to be resolved on my last MRI a few months ago. IM wondering if it's possible if the clot could come back, as those were a lot of the same symptoms that brought me to see a neurologist the first time when they discovered the clot. I currently take progestrone, testosterone and lamotrigine. These are all relatively new prescriptions, could these be causing my symptoms? thanks
