Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache And Nausea

Hi doctor,

I am having headache's for the past week, but last night i could not sleep because of it i had a headache and a pain in my left arm and bit of nausea as well. could you tell me if i need to see my gp. or just keep takin pain killer's, which are not working at all. thank you
