Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache And Vomiting

my son has been complaining of a very serious headache for two days now. With this headache comes vommiting and some mild neck pain. He can't even walk without crying in pain I took him to ER last night and they said nothing, the Dr this morning (family dr) said Migraines. I am just not sure that is the case
