Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache Due To Extreme Cough

this pass week I was coughing so hard that it felt like blood vessels were popping in my head it hurt so bad and had to use ice packs for a least a half hour or so and tylenol, now there is still pain on the left and right lower sides of my head and can t get rid of it...what should I do?
