Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache In Child

My daughter is 13 and has had very bad headache for 1.5 days no paracetamol or ibuporfen takes it away it is so bad, she had seen our GP about this before and the GP just said that she was growing up and developing it could be that, She wears glasses but only 0.5 strength and am at a loss at when she gets the headache its bad..... What should we do
