Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

i have been having a headache going on 3 days now and the first day it was so

severe it hurt so bad . It felt like a pounding on the top of my head ! I felt

like i needed to vomit but i never did . The next days including today i have

been getting headaches as well . Not as bad a the first time but they seem to

linger and not leave . i have taken motrin and it reduces the pain but they show

back up ! Can some body please help me out with this
