Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

I have had constant headaches following a septorhiniplasty in January. Very severe and located in the left hemisphere and behind my left eye. A recent CT scan of the sinus area has revealed nothing abnormal according to the doctor. My septum was perforated during surgery. I also have the constant sensation of a cold. Necrotic tissue and crusting inside both nostrils-
