Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

i have had a head ache every day for at least a month, taking over the counter meds is not helping, i have a new patient app with a doctor at the end of the month, i dont know how i will make it till then it is affecting my ability to take care of my family, what can i do to make it better untill my dr apt
