Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

hello sir..iam sirisha..25yrs old..i am suffering from headache frm past 1 1/2 yr onwards..actually i got headache if i eat less or even if i think anything ..wit tat tension headache wil start on right side of my head..besides right ear portion ..it wil last for 8 hrs..wit tat im not getting sleep also..monthly twice i wil get...it wil be severe after 7pm..and it wil last til morning..after tat i wil be ok..but tis time im suffering headache from 3 days onwards..light headache ..im feeling little headache from morning onwards..kindly suggest what to do?? im working in Srinagar Colony..im statying in AMeerpet.
