Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

Hi, I have severe headache in the rear lower portion since yesterday. I had taken paracetamol (Dcold, crocin) as well as pain killers (voveran) since yesterday. When I had voveran the pain had gone, but come back after 6-7 hours. What are the possible reasons for this pain and what kind of doctor should I consult for this?
