Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

Hello, for past year of have had a consistant head ache every 3 or so week head ache last for 1-4 days then goes away head ache comes and goes at random sometimes its so bad and hard to think.

I have also blood when i wipe my bum its hard to tell weather its in the stools .

i cough up a white mucous all day long, i sometimes get an itchy bum.

not sure whats going on.
