Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

I've been having headache/sharp pain on the left side of my head. I have also experienced soreness and tension do along my shoulders with tingling in my left arm. Doctors have treated me for sinus infection and migrane, however, nothing has help. My headaches are different.........it feels like someone is pulling my hair(tension) can you please help me wiht any diagnoses or assumption!
