Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

When i bend over, cough, apply any kind of pressure, my head hurts really bad. I've had ct scan, MRI, all normal. This has been going on for 2 months. ouch! help! 60 yr old female. 170 lbs. Control bp on my own. Synthroid was reduced 5 weeks ago from 100 to 88. Went of of Estrogen 8 months ago
