Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache, anxiety And Back Pain Post Head Injury

Hi my name is Ashley Hiles and im concerned that I have something serious going on. I had a head injury when i was 19 and there was bleeding on the brain. They took care of the bleeding and that was when I was 19. Since then i have had trouble concentrating remembering things , but that was to be expected. However I have reallly bad panic attacks over simple things that should not be that big of a deal , and anxiety , depresion ,the depresion. This is all new and I havent told the doc about them , also i have had migranes and headaches depending on the day , and i am very short tempered. Change is a big thing even the littlest change brings on panic attacks to the point that i cant funtion, then i start with the suicidal thoughts, also new . Neck and back pain, the back pain is internal and stomach pain sometimes not all the time only when stress is apparent . I am constanly bloated in the lower stomach, please forgive my grammer i have a hard time with that after the car accident. I had to relearn how to walk , it was a very bad car accident. The back pain feels like it is just above my hip bone on both sides and feels like period cramps though im not on my period , I am also haveing alot of joint pain all over . I am asthmatic so i have a hard time breathing also my eye doctor checked me for my night vision problems and he said there is nothing wrong with my eyes but the test concludes a delayed reaction so its like im not recieving the message from my brain. should i be concerned and should i go see a neologist.
