Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache,fatigue And Joints Pain In Children

My 11 year old has been unable to attend school for 5 weeks due to fatigue, severe frontal headaches aching joints (particularly her knees) and skin hyper sensitivity. All blood tests and MRI have been returned as normal. This is not the first time she has been like this the last occurrence was 18 months ago. We have been told it is a virus and she will get better. Previous to this she was a high achiever and she enjoyed sport. She is unable to continue with everyday life. YYYY@YYYY
