Suggest Treatment For Severe Headaches With Hypothyroidism

I have had a headache , really bad headache. I got it after my weight lifting workout yesterday. This morning I woke up with a bad broken blood vessel in my eye. My headache continues to be intense and Tylenol doesn't help. I also have hypothyroidism. Any ideas?
