Suggest Treatment For Severe Headaches

I have been having headaches more severe than any I have ever had before. It's starts as a sharp stabbing low on the right back side of my head and radiates up towards the front with a very sharp throbbing pain just above the ear. Causes a feeling of pressure behind my right eye. Grows in intensity and peaks then subsides almost instantly. My eye sight and BP are good. Any ideas?
