Suggest Treatment For Severe Headaches

My wife suffered with severe head ache in 2004. We consulted Neurologist and given medicine and also advised to continue the medicine . TRIPTOMER-10MG AND valparin-200MG. uSING THIS MEDICINE FOR LAST 4 YEARS nO HEAD ACHE IS OBSERVED AND STILL SHE IS ONLY TRIPTOMER. last one week she is getting more pain again. Please suggest the medicine.
