Suggest Treatment For Severe Hiatal Hernia Pain, Ear And Back Pain

I woke with severe hianal hernia pains. Now it has escaled to when i swallow i feel the hernia pain in my back increase but also a pain in my left ear. What could be causing this pain in my left ear? I thank you in advance for your help in this matter!
