Suggest Treatment For Severe Hip Pain And Pain While Walking After A Fall

I had quite a bit to drink last night and i fell quite hard on some ice onto my left hip my friend was being sick so that was my main concern but when i got home i realised i was in agony i can't lift my leg up and walking is very painful everytime i move i either get a severe pain just on my hip but in places if i move i get a shooting pain from my hip down my leg, what should i do?
