Suggest Treatment For Severe Hyperpigmentation

I am 52 yrs old and having a severe challenge on the hyperpigmentation that showed a year or so ago after i had UAE which i think triggered premature menopause. Dermatologists said there's no cure for it and that it will stay forever on my face. Pls tell me your opinion on this and see if you can at least give me some good advise .
