Suggest Treatment For Severe Itchiness All Over The Body

It started four months ago with severe itching that started on my chest and then spread all over my body, but no rash, middle back pain, maple syrup smelling urine off and on. I was treated for an allergic reaction and put on prednisone and vicoden. A month ago I started with a severe sore throat and had trouble breathing they said it was asthma and put me on prednisone (made things worse) two more trips and they said it was acid reflux, put me on acid blockers, I now have constant stomach pain that is worse when I eat or try to sleep waking up at night with pain in the abdomen. I went from severe diarrhea to constipation, blood tests show that my Amylase is slightly elevated and so is my white blood cell count and my pottasium is slightly low. I am losing weight because it hurts to eat... I get the feeling this is something other than acid reflux??
