Suggest Treatment For Severe Itchiness In The Scalp

My head has been itching for the past few weeks. At first I thought it was dandruff but then the itching got worse. My family checked it but couldnt see anything. Then one day while i was in school i scratched my head and found a brown bug, I looked up a picture of a Louse and it looked very similar. So i went and bought a lice treatment and did it, I found a few more big bugs, some dead some still alive, and I also found a few very small black ones and a few very small red ones. After the treatment, my head didnt itch as bad, but the next day, i found a small black bug. So i went home and did a home remedy for lice, I got some of the black bugs out and some of the red ones (may have been like the scar over the sores from me scratching). I decided a couple days later to do another remedy just to be sure, and I found another little black bug. What are they? HOw do i get rid of them?
