Suggest Treatment For Severe Itching On Whole Body?

I am a 36 years old male, heavy smoker and occasional drinker with no health problems

for the last 2 weeks I am experiencing severe itching on whole of my body. I thought it was due to the summer heat and the excessive sweating due to my excercising routine every evening

so I took AVIL tablets - 5 nos

When I take the tablet the itching stops but returns after 5-6 houts after the effect of Avil wanes away
