Suggest Treatment For Severe Knee Pain

i am 60years old i am 230 lbs and have arthritis in my knees . i had 1 shot of cortizone shot in each knee about a month ago i was fine till today . Today i woke up with severe pain in my knee cap and all around to the back of the knee there is quite a bit of swelling and I am not able to bend my knee please help ?
