Suggest Treatment For Severe Leg Pain

hello doctor,
I am a 28 year old male. from last couple of month i have been observing unsteady heartbeat mainly in night while sleeping and when i wake up, it is there all the day as well. I also feel lot of pain in legs.
Please suggest for treatment.
