>I would like to know if you can give me an answer for my question, because my father is in too much pain, which the doctors from our hospital can't explain or handle.
In October he recieved a kidney after a 1,5 years back rejection from the second transplant (the 1st one was about 20years ago, which was rejected after a few years). The wound is not healed yet, he has the best resulst since the transplant (creatynin level is about 0.85), but he suffers from intense, I can even say excruciating leg pain (it started about 2 weeks ago and rise to this level). Tramadol, dolargan (morphine), dormicum doesn't help he can't sleep and barely talks with any sense because of the doses of pain killers (which practically don't help - he walks, talks, eats, but can't sleep because of the pain).
The doctors took all his ani-rejection medicine and left him with little prednisone doses (from thursday to sunday), after 4 days (on monday) he got new medicine, which I don't know yet.
Between sunday and monday he felt a bit better he even slept.
Before all this happened he took furosemid, mycophenolate, spironolacton, ciclosporin and methylprednisolon.
They ordered a cat-scan which didn't show anything in the spine area, rehabilitation, visit with a neurologist and a psychiatrist (to teach him how to handle with pain).
I don't want that, I want them to treat him or cure him to a way in which he can enjoy life without pain and dialysis after 20 years of struggling with his illnes.
Do you have any ideas which could help my father?
