Suggest Treatment For Severe Migraine

i have migraine problem since many years..mainly bcoz of early morning sunlight, strong focus lights, eating groundnuts or wafers..its a severe one sided headache followed by vomitting, uneasiness & suffocation..please suggest medicine..i also have darkness coming on one side for almost 30mins and when it is over i get severe headaches and vomitting..
