Suggest Treatment For Severe Migraine

I have been diagnosed with a small pfo and I suffer with very aggressive migraines which Imigran and migraleve no longer cure so inderal has now been prescribed 80mg daily. I am also on 75mg of asprin and have been having chest pains since I went on it. I am a smoker and don't know what to do about all this medication..Help!
