Suggest Treatment For Severe Nasal Congestion And Tonsillitis

have had severe nasal congestion along with tonsillitis since Thursday. The doctor put me on antibiotics and gave me a scrip for Allegra. It is not working and I now have fluid behind my ears and a sinus headache that wont go away along with a fever of 100.6. I have also tried aleve, tylonol sinus and severe congestion, benadryll, zyrtec D, claritin D, and DayQuil. Nothing has worked. What else can i do since it is obviously getting worse?
