Suggest Treatment For Severe Nose Pain

i have been shoveling snow in ohio for several months now... i am now suffering pain in my nose region... moreso, right where the cartiledge and the nasal opening in the skull exists.. although i also have some bone deterioration in the upper manible area, i think its from rx product use- haldol and also a bad dentist whom extracted a tooth and drilled a hole into my sinus area above my molars.. sinus cavities are the filthiest areas in the human body... i am wondering if there is any help for me.. i have the nations best medical care insurance... yup.. medicare, and i occasionally recieve medicaid too.
