Suggest Treatment For Severe Numbness In Toes

I am experiencing severe numbness in toes for past 2 weeks. 48 years old. have been taking Suboxene for 3 months to get through 4 year Methadone addiction. I am 5'10 and 150 lbs; relatively healthy after 25 years of alcoholism. haven't had a drink in over 4 years since I found out I was pregnant with my daughter who is now 4 y/o. I have back pain and severe neck pain. What could be causing the numbness in my toes?
