Suggest Treatment For Severe Oligoasthenospermia

Dear Sir/Madam, IM Suffering from severe oligoasthenospermia, 4 months back my sperm count is 10.5m/ml and 2% were in rapid progress after laproscopy surgery for right varicocilie, but now the report shows nothing it is blank and says very rare motile sperm and severe oligoasthenospermia, please advice. Thanks
