Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain And Numbness On Shin Caused By Injury

I fell 76 feet and blacked out so I don t know how I sustained injuries, but my knees had to be debrided. They were very swollen for at least a month in hospital. I now have a lump like bone under knee cap on shin. (This is on the working leg, just broken big toe and joint.) The skin on shin has no sensation. The golf ball size lump no doctor has said anything about can not take any weight on it as it then gives pain to bone on opposite side. What is this and how can I make it go away?
