Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain At The Injection Site On Arm

I had blood drawn about 3 weeks ago. There was a lot of pain when the needle went in and remained until all 3 viles were drawn. She pulled the needle out, apologized, it hurt for the rest of the day and that was that. I had forgotten about it until About a week ago I felt a tight vein on the interior side of my bicept that ran under my armpit when I raised my arm all the way up which felt like it was pulling with very little pain. This is on the same side as the blood work. Nothing on the other side. There is no mark where the needle went in.
