Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain Caused Due To Tapering Of Methadone

Feb. 13th (35 days ago yesterday) I took my last methadone & roxy. I entered hospital for 3 days....they tapered me off w/ 2mg suboxone X 2 a day. I came home and tapered myself down (had 14 2mg strips) to 1/2 to 1/3 to 1/4 to the point it wasn t helping anyway. Last week was the Worst Yet. It had been Fri. before last I took last subox....couldn t take another day so Fri a week later took another 1/4 subox. Great on Fri., better Sat. and Sun. till pm. Always better in morning....but today legs are killing me Again (not as bad as last week tho). Am trying to save a couple of 1/4 s for emergency purpose. Have been eating kiwi as I heard they have potassiam of 3 bananas and heard pot. helps. My sister asked if I had been drinking a lot of water...I have not, but am starting to. I have been on these meds for over 5 yrs. Feel like it is now only methadone I am dealing with (long shelf life). Please help me......how much longer can this go on?!?
