Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain Due To Cyst In Right Ovary

here one family member suffering from pain in Rt ovary there is cyst 6.4mm in Rt ovary. 2 operation already did for cyst but not got result for this problem Lt ovary tube removed by operation due to pregnancy stay in tube. kindly advice for current problem for cyst in Rt ovary. Thanks Bipin
