Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Brain Area

My husband has been suffering severe pain in his groin. He cannot take anti-inflamatory medication and has been given co-codamil 30/500. No good. He thinks it is a trapped nerve but is now saying he cannot take much more of the pain. Our own doctors dont seem at all interested. He recently had an MRI scan for prostrate problem which has come back clear. They checked for the symptoms he has now but clear. Had an x ray of hip and knee which have come back clear. Wits end. Doctors not following up anything.
