Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Breasts And Palpitations

Hello I am a 46yr old white female w on going problems for years w crohnes disease colitis, fibrocistic breast disease,chostrochondritis of the chest wall,arthritis,migraine headaches , I have had a historectomy so I am menopausal lately have had had severe cold issues and sweating feet get very cold but sweat all the time severe pain in the breasts having a hard time swallowing w front near the throat pain upon palpitation the neck is swollen and hurts up into my head I am wondering why I get so hot then cold can t catch my breath also lower back pain what the heck is going on this is crazy x1000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
