Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Carpel Tunnel

i have had a nerve conduction test done that showed severe carpal tunnel, although i am in terrible pain with numbness, no one ( consultant, physio, muskula skeletal) will agree that i need surgery. They all say that the nerve conductin is never 100% and could be wrong. Not one of them though are offering me a second test, just send me home telling me that i have fibromayalgia and i need to cope. I am on the verge of a nervous breakdown now so pleeeaaase help me.
