Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Lower Back And Hip

I had a cervical /spinal fusion in 2011. Developed severe sciatica and had surgery june 2014. And may be doing another. My doctor ordered a ctscan for jan 12 and for me to see a urologist feb 12. My lower back and left hip hurt so bad tonight. But what really bugs me...is i cant feel when i need to urinate...its not that i lose control or cant go.. I wet myself because i cant feel when i need to. I think i need to go to er..but with the sciatica.. They told me there was nothing they could do. I was left screaming and having to crawl to the bathroom for 9 months. What should i do???
