Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Lower Back,hips And Legs

Hi sir my name is nishi trivedi, i am suffering from cronic lowe back pain and pain in my hips and legs with some cramps also, making very difficult for me to walk, sit and sleep. some time some pain behing nee and pins and needles in legs. My MRI findings are: posterior bulging OF L4-L5 intervertebral disc causing indentation of thecal sac and compression over both exiting nerve roots. Annular tear at L4-L5 level.Posterior bulging 0f L5-S1 intervertebral disc causing indentation over ventral aspect of lumbar dural theca and exiting nerve roots. I am 31 yrs old and this prb happened after my delivary 2 and 1/2 years ago due to critical delivary with forceps and third degree tear and i am also suffering from weak bladder and stress incontinence. please give me your suggestion as i tried taking painkillers( NASID's) and Physio therapy but nothing helping me. i am 63 kgs and 152 cms of height
