Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Middle Of Stomach

ive a phobia of doctor surgeries and hospitals so i didnt want to go in to get this checked out, but i keep gettin severe stomach pains in like the middle of my stomach, it feels sort of like a bubble and it feels like a can feel water or fluid flowing about inside?
