Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Neck After Insertion Of Metal Plate

I have a metal plate and four screws in my neck, it has been 10 years since I had surgery and I have been in pain ever since. I have been on every type of pain killer and anti-inflamatory you could imagine. I also have RA, stomach problems, fibro. What my question is my Doctor has me on suboxone,for about 3 years and I have been in bed the whole time with severe pain. I will be 49 in March and I have a 13 years son who I have missed out on most of his life. Why is suboxone not working for me? Thank You
