Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Spine And Shoulder Blade

hi, for the past week i have had a level 10 kind of pain. its very painful in between my spine and shoulder blade on the right side of my body, it hurts really bad to breath in and out, it really hurts when i take deep breaths. It feels like it is in or just above my right lung. the pain is so bad i can't work, bend, lift up things. what do you think i should do?
