Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Area Of C Section While Tubes Being Tied

Hi I am 29 years old iv had 3 c-section the last was in 2008 I also had my tubes tied at the same Tim my youngest was dileverd I had pain 3 years after that they did exsploritry sugary and my doc found my uterus and bladder was fuesed after that the Pain was good but today it is so bad I want to cry the pain is right were my c-section ish then it spread out to the left and right side a little abuve and blow my c-section iv had 3 kids and my oldest all most killed me she got stuck and cracked my pelvis and broke my tall bowl was in label for her for 3 days no meds so I can take pain pretty well but this is 10 time worse then that what could it be
